The Ship Outfitting Flow
Outfitting Production Station
Where outfitting and pipe fabrication works are completed according to the production drawings prepared by design.
Block Outfitting Station
Where products fabricated and surface-prepared at the outfitting production station are mounted in their positions on the block.
Blasting & Painting Station
Where blocks with completed outfitting undergo blasting and painting under suitable conditions, according to the coating specification.
Erection Station
Where painted, outfitted blocks are joined on the slipway or in the dock to complete the ship’s hull assembly.
